1 of my sensors had to be replaced after just a couple of years. Is that normal? Should I replace the other 3?

Yes, it is normal for one sensor to go bad at a time. It is usually a sign that the others are close to dying as well. It would be wise to replace all of them at once if one goes bad to save time and money.
