TPMS Receiver Gone Bad?

The tire shop says my sensors are fine. Whats the chances the receiver has gone bad?

The chances of the receiver going bad are very slim. It rarely happens. If your light is solid, then the air pressures are not set according to your tire placard. If it is flashing, there is a malfunction with the TPMS system.
