Bartec 400SD updates

Our shop has a 400sd that we got a couple years ago. I need to update it to the new vehicles but where do I get the update? I called Bartec and they said from the seller, but the tool distributor I use said from Bartec? Anyone know, its a bit frustrating.

You should be able to get an update through Bartec's website.

I guess I have to find a reseller to buy a certificate. What a PITA I don't see why they dont just make it easy an do it from their site.

I'm sure that they will make it easier in the future. The updates are relatively new features. Bartec is constantly trying to make the tools simpiler to use
