Replaceable Battery?

Started having a TPMS sensor go offline every so often on my 2011 GTR (which gives you a warning light on the dash). Nissan says its probably the battery for the sensor going bad, but so soon? Anyone know if you replace just the battery or the whole sensor?

It is possible that the sensor may be damaged but the battery is still intact. Never the less, it would still need to be replaced. TPMS sensors but be replaced completely.
