At one time we carried the ATEQ product that was supposed to work with Subaru's but, the accuracy and repeatability proved to be somewhat difficult. I fear you are experiencing exactly what many before you have. The lack of in depth customer support did not correct the issues many experienced. Ultimately, we chose to no longer offer that product as it proved ineffective for a majority of our Subaru customers. I would recommend that you go to a Subaru dealership and get the sensors initialized as we have found that is the fastest and easiest way to deal with the Subaru proprietary TPMS software.
