Adjusting Tire Pressure

I have to replace the TPMS in one of the tires on my 2007 Caravan. Can I deflate the tire and change them myself? What about re-inflating it? I've never had to do this before, is it just as simple as pumping air into the tire?

You would need to use a tire mounter to take the tire off. I recommend you take it to a tire shop to avoid damages.
