Blinking TPMS Light

Recently changed to winter tires from summer tires on my 2010 Odyssey. The TPMS light came on afterward because the place couldn't reset the system. So I took it to a different place and they tried to reset it but they couldn't either. Where can I go to get this done?

A tire shop with a properly formatted scan tool should be able to reset it for you. Worst case scenario, you take it to Honda.
