Why Can't I Get A Consitent Pressure Reading From My TPMS Sensors?

I have a couple of air gauges and none of them are even close to reading the same pressure. They vary all about by 3 or 4 lbs. Is this normal?

manual air gauges depending on quality have a tolerance. TPMS sensors are normally VERY accurate but they all have a smaller tolerance as well.
