Cant Get The TPMS System On My Charger To Reset

Just put my winter set on my 2012 Charger. The very next morning on my way to work, the tpms light came on. Took it back to the tire shop to have everything re-checked. They have been unsuccessful and are telling me to go to the dealer which I'm trying to avoid. Can anyone help?
