2008 Chevrolet Cobalt TPMS Sensor Confusion

Searching for a new tpms sensor for my 08 Cobalt, 2 options are available. 1 has a silver air stem, the other a rubber air stem. Are they the same sensor with different types of stems? My car currently has the rubber ones. Do I only that one?

You could use either sensor. The metal stem one is made by Siemens VDO and the Rubber one is made by Schrader. Both are companies that make OEM sensors for most makes.
