2008 Chrysler Crossfire TPMS Sensor Issue

I had a tire shop put on 2 brand new tires the over the weekend and today my warning light came on. I took it back to them and had them check everything (even had them show me they installed the sensors back in the wheels). What could be the problem?

The tires may not be filled to the correct PSI or the TPMS system needs to go through the relearn procedure.
