Issue Fitting TPMS In New Wheels - 2010 Range Rover Sport

I picked up a used set of 22's for my Rover, but the tire shop could not swap over my sensors to the wheels. Would could be the issue? What can I do?

Was the wheel not drilled for TPMS? You could have the valve stem hole drilled for TPMS sensors.
