Damaged TPMS - 2008 Buick LaCrosse

I think one of my sensors may be damaged on my LaCrosse. I can't check the air on one of my rims. Can it be repaired or do I just replace it?

If you have the Schrader sensor with the rubber valve stem, you can replace the rubber valve stem. If you have the Siemens sensor with an aluminum valve stem, you will have to replace the sensor.
