Sensata to purchase TPMS manufacturer Schrader

ALMELO, Netherlands—Sensata Technologies Holding N.V., through its wholly owned indirect subsidiary Sensata Technologies B.V., has reached an agreement to acquire Schrader International Inc. from private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners L.L.C.
