09 Jeep Liberty TPMS Frequency

I'm looking to buy some new sensors for my liberty. How do you know which frequency the sensor is the right one? I see 315 and 433 is available.

In the 09 models, both frequencies were used. You will have to call your dealership to find out the correct one or have it scanned at a shop with a TPMS tool.
