Some helpful info regarding valve stem replacement on Land Rover and Range Rover OEM TPMS sensors.
If the current TPMS sensor on your vehicle is the gen 1 VDO TPMS sensor, the valve stem cannot be replaced.
The gen 1 OEM VDO TPMS sensor looks like this:

If the current TPMS sensor on your vehicle is the gen 2 VDO TPMS sensor, the valve stem can be replaced.
