Tpms for Ranger

I have a 2008 Ford Ranger XLT my TPMS light came on. I have checked every tire for air pressure and they are fine. What kind of sensor do I need and can I replace them myself?

You might want to also check the spare tire and that might fix the problem. If not go to a tire shop and have them scan all of the sensors and one might be bad.
