2015 Cadillac Escalade TPMS help

I have a 2015 Escalade and the TPMS light will not go off.. What should I do? Do I need new sensors?

Check tire pressure first and make sure the tires are to the correct PSI that is on the door placard. If that does not help take the vehicle to a tire shop that has a scan tool and they will tell you if new sensors are needed.
