what is the TPMS relearn on my 2010 Scion xB? and how do I know if my TPMS sensors are bad?

If the TPMS light is blinking that will indicate that one of the sensors might be going bad. If you can take the car to a tire shop that has a scan tool and they can tell you if any of your TPMS sensors are going bad.
