Resetting Dodge TPMS

Having a problem resetting my 2010 Grand Caravan 433 MHZ TPMS, though I have to admit, got sick and tired of using metal stem type (kept snapping off), went to Rubber snap in, but won't reset. Sensor is 433 I checked, anybody have any ideas?

Well it could be a few things. When you say you changed to rubber stems did you change sensors? The 2010 Caravan had 2 optional sensors based on trim:
