My tire shop had to replace 1 sensor and says that the battery life of my other 3 range from 22% to 30%. Should I replace the other 3 now of hold off until they go bad?

It is best to replace them all if one goes out as it will save you time and money. I think you were misinformed as there is no actual way to read the battery life of a sensor.
